OLAJTERV Engineering has been awarded the Family Friendly Workplace title!

OLAJTERV has always operated on the basis of family-friendly values, and the newly awarded mark further confirms these efforts.

In addition to the family-friendly measures introduced by the MOL Group, we have recently introduced measures specifically tailored to OLAJTERV. Keeping work-life balance in mind, we raffle monthly cultural and sporting events for employees to win tickets for couples or families. During nursery/school breaks, childcare is provided at our headquarter during the employee's working hours, if necessary. We support our colleagues' regular participation in team sports by paying a rental fee.

In preparation for reaching this mark, we have reviewed and rethought our existing policies, taking into account the needs of our employees and their families.
