Engineering up close – dual training students visit OLAJTERV

Talent development and supporting the next generation of engineers are strategic priorities for MOL Group. Reflecting this commitment, OLAJTERV Engineering Co. Ltd., as a member of the group, recently welcomed final-year mechanical and chemical engineering students enrolled in MOL’s dual training program for a full-day professional visit.

During the visit, the students received a comprehensive introduction to OLAJTERV’s engineering activities. Department leaders presented their fields of expertise, followed by hands-on workshops where participants engaged with mechanical design, technology, HSE, and permitting processes. According to the students, the program filled an important gap – throughout their university studies, they hadn’t yet had the opportunity to explore engineering design work in such a practical and immersive way.

OLAJTERV aims to establish a tradition of hosting final-year students from the dual training program. The company is committed to sharing its decades of knowledge and experience with future professionals. These kinds of collaborations reinforce MOL Group’s role in building a bridge between industry and higher education, thereby strengthening the practical foundations of engineering education.
